ZLSH/G-Ⅱautomatic filter requires vertical installation: The inlet direction is from the bottom (inflow) to
the top (outflow), i.e., water flows in low and flows out high. It utilizes multi-cylindrical structure, so its
effective filtering area is large and thus the capacity to receive pollutants is large. It is suitable for water
containing a large amount of clay and sand，living garbage and /or some floating materials. It utilizes
Y sewage discharge pipe, so it avoids clogging and unreliable fineness that the traditional filter has,
during the revolution of the filter cylinder.
It is equipped with maintenance hand hole on the filter cylinder, so the maintenance is convenient and
quick by taking out each filter cylinder for cleaning. In this way, unlike the other types of filters, the
decelerator and filter upper tank do not to be uninstalled by hoist equipment in order to maintain and
clean the filter mesh.
This filter can also be designed as high-precision filter with a maximum filter fineness of 50μm, which
is suitable for water filtering of main axle seal system, heating supply system and others requiring
Automatic counter-flushing and discharge sewage
Automatic alarming and corresponding accidental protection for over-torque on sewage discharge
